EdgePM was engaged by Mirvac to manage the Building Lobby Refurbishment and EoT facilities upgrade. Situated in the highly desirable Grey St commercial precinct at Southbank, 189 Grey St represents a fantastic out of the city workplace location.

Surrounded by the Southbank parklands, café and dining precincts and great access to the main transport corridors the 15year old building has been given a new refreshing upgrade that is perfectly suited to its location.

With a bright and airy feel the new lobby and EoT facilities, Designed by Conrad Gargett, have provided a modern design fitting for the buildings location and high quality tenants. EdgePM has also managed the full replacement of the Dry fire services, upgraded lift interiors, refurbished common area bathrooms and on floor tenancy works as we continue to be involved in the assisting Mirvac with their capital works programme.

The project was delivered under a lump sum procurement method.
