EdgePM assisted Morgan Stanley with relocation of their Brisbane Wealth Management office.
Located in the Harry Seidler designed Riparian Plaza and working with Gray Puksand Architects and Morgan Stanleys overseas design and engineering teams, EdgePM was delighted to lead the team through a Design and Construction process. The project provided Morgan Stanley the opportunity to right size their tenancy space and provide a new fitout inline with their global workplace standards.
The result is a truly outstanding fitout that captures the wonderful views of the Brisbane river and iconic storey bridge and provides their staff a modern and functional workplace. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
