EdgePM was engaged by Woolworths Development arm Fabcot to manage the design and delivery of this project. The project comprises a 3800m2 freestanding Supermarket , Specialty Shops, Basement and on-grade carparking. Completed in early 2016, the Centre is located at Ormeau in Queensland.

The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
