‘Servico on Olsen’ Shopping Centre

Edge^PM was engaged by Empirica Developments to deliver a multi retail site on Olsen Avenue at Ashmore on the Gold Coast. With key tenants locked in prior to detailed design, the design coordination, timely delivery and quality of product were key factors in achieving a successful outcome on this project.

Delivering Queensland’s first ever Starbucks drive through was a key highlight on the project. The new design presents a fresh new offering to Gold Coast ‘coffee addicts’!. Coles Express Fuel and KFC compliment the site from a service and convenience offering.

Completed on time and budget in October 2017, this is the second project delivered by Edge^PM for Empirica Developments. The project was delivered under a design and construct procurement method.
